Meet Our Care Team

Team of professionals with over 10 years of clinical experience in caring for patients in acute hospitals came together with the aim to provide compassionate care to vulnerable adults to maintain an acceptable level of health, hygiene, dignity and safety in their own homes, to avoid long stays in hospital that could result in hospital-acquired infection.
